Based on the tenets of adult-accelerated learning, we incorporate several different techniques that appeal to a variety of learning styles to maximize participant engagement. Throughout our management and leadership training programs, we use group led discussions, Socratic method, and multi-modal stimuli such as hands-on exercises, videos, audio, and role-playing. We also promote collaboration among our participants by integrating real-life examples and challenge exercises in our training.
