With 25 years of management consulting, executive coaching, and investment industry experience, Eunice has been serving businesses who are ready to take the leap toward sustainable growth and leadership.
As a senior consultant, she partnered with executives of Fortune 1000 companies in creating, implementing and executing various corporate initiatives. Prior to consulting, Eunice served as Senior Vice President, Marketing and Sales for a nationally recognized investment advisory firm where she was instrumental in growing and developing the firm from a start up to a viable and sustainable growth business.
Having been recognized for significant success in executing initiatives that drive organizational action and profitability, Eunice's capabilities are well suited for high performing teams and individuals.
Eunice earned a Masters of Science in Organizational Dynamics from The University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Arcadia University.

The former Army Ranger has 20-plus years of experience in all major aspects of business development and operations in mixed-use community development, commercial retail land development and construction. Mike is committed to achieving success built on his beliefs in responsible land use, innovative environmental solutions, and the elements of classical community design. He is a skilled leader with a steadfast belief in long-term partnerships and sustainable community development.
Mike is a catalyst for personal, organizational, and community growth. His leadership development programs have helped hundreds of individuals and dozens of organizations. Mike has a BA in History from the University of Maryland and a Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University and has served on numerous non-profit boards, including Habitat for Humanity and La Red.
Mike is a published author, with a regular column on leadership and organizational development that runs in the Coastal Point newspaper. He has worked with clients at University of Delaware, the Bethany-Fenwick Chamber of Commerce, LEAD DE, LEAD MD, MicroTech, and various other companies. He has a proven track record of helping companies to identify leadership and organizational weaknesses and working with them to solve problems and develop leaders.

A graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park, John has over two decades of corporate strategic marketing, sales and information technology expertise.
In the past John has directed enterprise-wide marketing, sales and training programs for large commercial real estate investment firms, community planners, hotel operators, land developers and product manufacturing firms in the Mid-Atlantic region.
He is also an accomplished painter who has incorporated his creativity into his love of training and development. John has worked with school districts, senior facilities, communities, and businesses on creative classes and transformational muralling projects that have been recognized as innovative and groundbreaking.
